Certified Consultant Trainer Programme

Your expertise deserves to be passed on with method. In six modules, you become a consultant trainer who can analyse training needs, design a complete module, deliver it to adults and measure its results, with artificial intelligence as your assistant.

Our key to transformation: understanding how the adult brain learns, to design and deliver training that truly changes practice.

Does this sound familiar?

You master your field. Teaching it is another profession.

Every year, organisations invest in training that leaves little trace in the workplace: participants applaud on the last day, then return to their habits the following Monday. The difference lies in how the training is designed.

  • Lecture-heavy sessions where attention quickly fades
  • Vague objectives that cannot be assessed
  • Needs never really analysed before training starts
  • A satisfaction form at the end of the day, then no follow-up

The good news: instructional design can be learned. It is a method, a set of tools and practice, and that is exactly what this certification gives you.

Who is it for?

  • Practising trainers who want to structure and certify their practice
  • Consultants, coaches and subject experts who want to offer training
  • HR and learning and development managers
  • Managers, team leaders and teachers who train adults

Prerequisites

Mastery of a field of expertise to pass on. No prior knowledge of training design is required.

Title awarded

Certified Consultant Trainer in Instructional Design, a SMARTE Coaching certificate awarded after passing the assessments.

The training action framed in nine sections.

Day 4

Assessment quiz

Drafted with AI, checked by the group.

Delivery

A sequence delivered, observed and assessed.

The augmented trainer

Artificial intelligence, your design and evaluation assistant

You learn to use AI to save time at every stage, while your judgement as a trainer stays in charge.

AI suggests, the trainer checks and decides.

To design

  • Drafting and refining learning objectives
  • Suggesting a matrix, a sequence, case studies
  • Adapting content to the audience and sector

To evaluate

  • Creating quizzes aligned with objectives
  • Analysing satisfaction survey responses

You leave with two sheets of ready-to-use prompts. One connected phone per group is enough.

Certification

A certification that proves what you can do

Certification is built into the sessions: you are assessed on what you actually design and deliver, then on your knowledge.
