For organisations, certification will take the form of a label, renewed after a follow-up audit: this label is currently being designed and will be available soon. The Academic Resilience and Personal Resilience programmes are delivered under licence. Level 4, Expert, opens the way to rolling out a programme under a SMARTE Coaching licence. Leader, Coach, Mentor and Expert are titles awarded by SMARTE Coaching.
